Accommodation and Registration Fees

The organizing committee of ICAAM makes every effort to keep participants’ expenses at the meeting, registration fees, and hotel rooms for the meeting as low as possible. We negotiate for affordable hotel rates and encourage all participants to register for the meeting.

Hotel prices include:

1. Room

2. Breakfast and dinner

3. Airport Transportation (To/From Ercan airport)

4. Transportation from hotel to the conference hall

In addition to conference registration fee, authors of accepted AIP Proceedings

should pay an extra fee ($ 90) per article.

All transfer fees must be paid by the author. 

ICAAM Conference does not publish papers in the AIP Conference Proceedings, without payment of the fees. Please pay the publication fee of your work after you have the notification about the acceptance of your paper.
